Dear friends,

Let me begin by wishing you and yours a happy holiday season.

I also want to acknowledge Dawn West who has served our company as President.  Dawn made valuable contributions to ACN, but now feels it’s time for another direction in her life.  I will assume the responsibilities of President and CEO.

I want to inform you of a major organizational change.  2017 has been a tremendous year of learning for us.  Among the insights in our business are two:

1) ACN’s savings account-based program, already administered by Sterling Health Services Administration, is best folded into Sterling’s operations.  The level of service our clients have come to know and value will continue.  More importantly, Sterling’s entire sales force has now been engaged and directed to increase ACN’s enrollment with Sterling’s existing and new employer clients.

2) Our non-account based services can best be served under a non-profit organizational structure.  Such services include our Afternoon teas/luncheons, referrals to Physician-Friends-of-the-Family, Medication treatment programs, and referrals to our business partners like Lark and SilverNest.  We’re currently awaiting our 501c(3) designation from the IRS.  We believe that operating as a non-profit charitable foundation will enable us to better serve new and existing members.

What does this mean to our current and future members?  No disruption of services, but we expect more growth, and with it, even more services that our members will value.  Some of you may know that my husband of 42 years passed away a week ago.  I have an even deeper commitment to ACN given what our family has experienced with care-giving, estate planning, and end-of-life support.  ACN plays a vital role in helping individuals and families.  Just ask me:  I have used just about every service ACN offered, and am I glad they were available!

I thank you most sincerely for the support you’ve given Amazing Care!

~ Cora, CEO and Founder
