Ever wonder why drug costs are so high? We seniors can certainly appreciate how drugs have helped many people stave off disease and debilitating illness. And yet, we also wonder about alternatives and how our modern society can better integrate wellness programs with drugs needed for good health. We’ve asked UHA CEO Howard Lee to lead a conversation about drug utilization trends and cost and what the insurance industry, and UHA in particular, is doing to address our concerns.
